ID for airplane (PLEASE HELP)?

so i’m flying to the nyc airport.
i’m 16.
i don’t have a school id, only one from like 5th grade- would that work?
i recently got my license and they are sending the photo in the mail but i have to leave in 2 days and i didnt know i need an ID until today. can i go TO the place they’re making it and pick it up?

is there anything else i can do? have my mom call and allow me to go across? birth certificate? old school id if i can even find it? can i go pick up my ID at the place the DMV made it? thanks!

i’m going with my choir trip… so idkkk ah please help!

As I stated in your other question where you asked the same thing, you (as a passenger under the age of 18) do not need photo ID to fly domestically. The TSA, which governs security in airports, specifically notes on the website linked below that children under this age do not need ID.

You can take your temporary license with you, but flying without ID will not be an issue for you because of your age.
